About Ethylene Dichloride
Also known as 1,2-Dichloroethane, Ethylene Dichloride is a chlorinated hydrocarbon which is a colourless liquid having a chloroform-like odour.
Ethylene dichloride is primarily used in the production of vinyl chloride monomer as well as other chemicals. It is also used as a dispersant in rubber and plastics, as a wetting and penetrating agent.
