About Diphenyl Oxide
Diphenyl oxide also known as DPO or diphenyl ether is a an organic compound which is colourless liquid.
Diphenyl oxide is widely used as a heat transfer agent and a dye carrier. It is employed as a processing aid in the production of polyesters. Due to its scented geranium odor, as well as its stability and low price, diphenyl ether is used widely in soap perfumes.
